Mr. Duda has extensive expertise in corporate and operational strategy, management systems and operational management systems, with a strong focus on production performance, field execution and practical operational programs. He has over twenty-five (25) years of experience supporting multi-national, private and government organizations on operational, health, safety, environmental and security risk management projects. He has worked in Canada, United States, Chile, Japan, Taiwan, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, England, Spain and has had projects in Turkey, Peru and Brazil.

Mr. Duda has experience in corporate governance, management systems, operational programs, safety, environmental, emergency management and community outreach programs. His work is grounded in helping organizations translate corporate systems and strategy into effective field execution through disciplined planning, supervision and role-specific behaviours. Mr. Duda’s emphasis is on production efficiency, operational discipline, leadership accountability and workforce engagement.

Mr. Duda has extensive experience in strategy, governance and assurance programs, including board engagement, executive dashboards, and professional audits and assessments in the mining, energy and government sectors. He has also supported international organizations with the implementation, assessment and verification of standards and frameworks, including those associated with the Mining Association of Canada, Copper Mark and other leading industry programs.

Mr. Duda has directed high-profile projects for Transport Canada safety culture measurement and was a contract auditor for the Canada Energy Regulator, performing management system audits related to safety, environmental and emergency management for TransMountain Pipeline, Enbridge and other major energy operations.

He has performed numerous audits and assessments for industry, government, pipeline construction projects, gas plants, refineries, underground and surface mines and heavy industrial operations. His client work has included Vale, Suncor, Syncrude, First Quantum, Hudbay Minerals, Spectra Energy, EllisDon and other large energy, mining and heavy construction organizations.
